The pool had ripped up placing in it, along with hair and a plastic cup. I would not allow my children in it, which led to 2 upset kids. Front desk staff was super rude, giving me an attitude and being rude when we asked for more blankets. Also, there card maker for room keys were not working when we got here so we had to be escorted to our room and wait 2 hours before we could actually all leave the room. I was offered no benefits as a vip. I will not stay here again.

Our stay was fine but not what I normally expect from Holiday inn. The hotel was not the cleanest and some of the front desk ladies were not bery personable. We cam back one night to dead roaches on the floor and when I pointed it out to the staff they kind of just brushed me off. We were in an ADA room even though we did not need ADA accommodations and the water would get all Over when we showered. The floors were also gross, need a good deep clean. I usually choose Holiday Inn because I’m at least guaranteed a clean room so it was just disappointing.
