No the initial housekeeper was not good. Did not fold extra blanket used for 2 nights. Did not replace toiletries. Did not provide towel for kitchen or refill coffee pods! Once Rosita showed up to do the room; all was well!

Clean spacious room. Breakfast was good. Really was great for two nights with a family of 5. We will definitely stay here again. Convenient to shopping and Koka booth. Also 25 to dpac and 15 from marbkes so it was central for all we wanted to do.

It's an impeccably clean, well decorated hotel from lobby to gym to rooms, with very nice, welcoming staff. We stayed in a 1BR suite which was spacious had a full-size fridge, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The breakfast was so-so but has both hot and cold food options. Overall it was an amazing hotel and we would highly recommend to anyone

We enjoyed our stay staff was friendly and attentive. We were happy that they allowed pets. And our room was very convenient to walking her in the designated area. When visiting the area, we will surely stay here again.

The staff was lovely. We had some minor inconveniences with the room. The tv remote was missing, the heat stopped working, I had to get extra toilet paper, as none was left in the room. While the room is attractive, this was one of the more uncomfortable beds I stayed in in a hotel. The pillows were way too soft and the blanket way too thin. In addition, I am sure the staff works hard, but after my daughter's shower, she grabbed a folded, unused towel, only to find what, looked like a pubic hair, on it. Grossed out, I notified the front desk staff, who apologized and said management would get in touch with me. I have yet to hear from anyone.
