In addition, there was no heat in the common areas of the hotel, which caused significant discomfort during my stay. I was also incorrectly charged an additional fee for pet accommodations, resulting in further overcharges. The room 408 was clean and nice. There are few things that have room for improvement: 1. When flushing the noise level is high and light sleepers partner will be waken in the middle of the night 2. The bathtub was slippery and some will eventually fall 3. The hungers for the towels need attention 4. Toilet paper dispenser was at a location that make difficult to take the right size piece and people with short arms will have difficulty reaching as well as kids Breakfast was ok but could be more choices for different types of bread. The lobby and breakfast location could be warmer. It was cold. Overall the stay was great and we would return next time!

The room was very gross we didn’t want to use the shower at all due to the state of it there was still hair all over the floor as well as some brown gunk.
