The staff was nice but the hotel is definitely not like the pictures in the website. It's run down and not well maintained. The website lists breakfast included but they wanted to charge $12 for it and on top of that we went at 800 am (open to 10) and there was very little food on the buffet. The room was a bit smelly like old musky carpet. 2 of the bulbs burnt out so the lighting wasn't very good. We always look for hotels with hot tubs and there was no water in it and from the looks of it, it was shut down for a long time with zero intent to fix it. When we got there they were working on the elevator and we had to walk around to the backside to get to our floor. The bed was actually comfortable but the pillows were over stuffed or flat. For 3 of us they gave us 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. The second day we asked how keeping for more and they gave us 2 wash cloth instead. Seriously not kidding. Overall i would not stay again

Our room was somewhat dated with the old school step in tub and curtain but the space provided more than made up for the noisy air conditioner.

Do not recommend.

Your paid reservation means nothing. They will overbook the hotel will leave you out to dry with no care and now I’m having to fight to get my refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ok hotel but needs some updates

Nice hotel, bathroom had some peeling wallpaper and shower rod was curved and didn’t have nubs on it so curtain wouldn’t stay shut. Hotel area isn’t in the best area and parking lot lights were dim. Lots of iffy people hanging outside hotel.

Felt fraudulent, not clean and fraudulent prices

Check in: barely spoke English, not personable, messy front desk, deceitful charges, $68 dollars more at checkout, unclean hallways etc, bathroom door was a barn door which did not close, not one friendly person to include check in, check out and breakfast. Walked into breakfast with vouchers and first contact was barking a price for breakfast, conference area was done well, presented well

I made the reservation and payment via Expedia but at the time of arrival at the hotel, they didn’t have any information about my reservation. The lady at the front desk was diligent and resolved our issue. The hotel charged my card despite the fact that I had already made the payment on Expedia. The room was dirty as well.

Mechelle at check in was absolutely rude and not helpful. They didn’t have my reservation from Expedia, she was no help in resolving the issue other than to tell me I had to call them. She was busy texting on her phone and kept walking outside while I was trying to resolve the issue.
