Staff! Hands down- Ms Kim made my stay uneventful and accomadating. She made me believe in customer service again. We had a last minute mix-up with accomadations for a family funeral. We made the reservations online at 10pm. Called to confirm because we were coming in very late. All of the inside rooms were occupied. But the next morning, Ms Kim made things happen. She made a "situation of unfortunate events" into a stress free stay.
