We stayed at this location just so we could be relatively near the lenovo center. So it served its purpose. Most of the staff were friendly. In the room and property itself was clean. Was hoping to spend more time by the poo,But with more than one family it became crowded very quickly. For extended stays like my family needs for vacation.We probably will not use this chain again.There were many everyday items that we were missing.

Adrian is the best! So helpful and knowledgeable about the area, really one of the best customer service I’ve had in a hotel! This is the best value hotel I stayed in for the last years, amazing location, rooms have all the really essential things, spacious, great layout and distribution, clean, good quality materials, with an excellent price! It should be a model for all other Sonesta! Great job, it’s my hotel of choice when in Cary!!

The Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh was a pleasure to stay at. Clean, comfortable spacious room, nice shower, fluffy towels, a nice breakfast and they accepted my dog at no extra cost. Lots of nice places to walk a dog as well. I would stay again.
