They need to fix the ice machines, room phones, alarm clocks. Clean the carpet’s immediately, and fix the gaping hole in the ceiling dripping water into a mop bucket.

The first room I checked into the room had not been cleaned and the towels were on the floor and chair, along with the bed not being made. The second room was better - but be prepared to wipe down the handles and desk area. There was a dead stinkbug on the curtain and no hair dryer in room. You could smell folks were smoking weed in the evening, and there is a small non-disruptive homeless camp in the forested area behind the hotel. The side of the bed that was nearest the door was like sleeping in a pit - I had to turn the mattress around to sleep flatly. Definitely a good price point, the staff were amazing and I felt safe.

Staff was great but condition of the room was extremely bad with stain carpets, broken lamps, stinking room and hallways. I can’t imagine how I survived overnight in this hotel. Staff was ok as they accommodated me to different room but experience was same.

This hotel needs UPDATING BAD! Our stay wasn’t so pleasant! The light bulbs were burned out, the beds are NOT comfortable, they really need to be switched out ASAP, you can’t flip a mattress but so many times! Also the carpet was very dirty! Everything in this hotel needs to be updated and SOON!

The staff was very "matter of fact" and not very hospitable. The site does not advertise that a $100 deposit is mandatory at check in and will not be refunded for 3-5 business days. Pillows were soiled, keys had to be reprogrammed each time I left the room. The fire alarm went off at 6am and the front staff person was not around. The guest assisted each other with leaving the hotel until the fire department arrive. The staff never addressed the guest about this incident. I will not stay at this hotel chain again.
