The Heel House-Walk to UNC stadiums!

Whether you`re coming to Chapel Hill for work or play, the Heel House is your perfect getaway. The Dean Dome, Kenan Memorial Stadium, UNC hospital and the UNC Botanical Gardens are an easy walk away. The 4 BR, newly renovated Heel House features comfortable beds, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to 10 people. (Ask me about how to accommodate larger groups!) There`s ample parking and great outdoor living spaces to enjoy too. Please let us know how we can make your stay memorable!



We are excited to have you stay with us! We have plenty of parking and want to make sure you have a great experience while visiting Chapel Hill. Due to our great location, you may experience some traffic noise in the AM. We have a queen size bedroom and bathroom located on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs.



Supplies we provide: Linens, ground coffee, filters, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, oil, salt & pepper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher pods



You`ll have full access to our home, driveway, and patio. However, please note that the Heel House Apartment is our attached one bedroom unit that has a separate private entrance. It is possible that someone may be staying in that unit during your stay. There is plenty of parking and privacy for all visitors and there are NO shared outdoor common areas.



We`re happy to interact as much as you`d like. I`m always available by phone for our guests!



Our location is what makes our place so special! We`re within walking distance of the Dean Dome, Kenan Memorial Stadium, and the UNC Botanical Gardens!



We`re in a great location to walk to the stadiums and the UNC botanical gardens. We have great access to public transportation and Franklin Street is just a short drive away.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of University of North Carolina. Features include breakfast (surcharge) and laundry facilities. A kitchen and 3 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.
