They do not clean the rooms. They say every other day. But they don’t even do that. So if your idea of staying at a hotel is making your bed and using the same towel every day this is the place for you.

I spent way too much time trying to pay for the new parking fee. The process was difficult. The staff didn’t really know how to handle but really seemed to try. I am still trying to figure out my invoice and pending charges to my credit card. I strongly object to a parking charge to begin with. If that is necessary it should be added to the price of the room. I chose this hotel because online it said parking was free. Our room was clean and sufficient. Only hot water was available in the sink. Very hot water. The bath towels rolled up on the shelf under the sink, never used by us were damp. I notified front desk by text and we had good towels within 15 minutes. Shower was great. Loved having fresh coffee in the lobby. Not sure I will return. Paid just over $169 for king room. Still not sure my invoice is correct due to the parking charge problem. Keeping an eye on the pending charge before calling. Awful lot of trouble for one night.

EV charging, that you cant charge at.

I chose this hotel explicitly so i could charge my car. When i arrived i found that the parking is actually not free, and requires you to register your car. That would be okay , but i came and found a hybrid parked in the ev charging spot. So i went to the hotel and asked that they have the owner move the car, and i was told that even though guests have to register their car to park that the hotel doesnt keep track of what guests plates are. They said they would have it towed, it was still there in the morning and the clerk at the fromt desk seemed unaware if my complaimt from the night prior. Cool The room... The room was super small... The bed was absolutely worn out to the point one side was lower, it felt lile sleeping on the floor, i have a bad back, i expected better. The tv only allowed you to use netflix so i had to hook my pc up to the tv The water was barely luke warm for the shower. The included breakfast was pretty abysmal comlared to a Mariott. For a 130 a night plus 7 dollars to park, i feel like i got scammed, i dont think ill ever stay at another Hilton.

The Parking is pay parking through an app, not the hotel and was cumbersome. The beds were very uncomfortable and two fixtures in the bathroom leaked or didnt work (sink drain). Breakfast was very mediocre.

Amazing hotel - new, clean, convenient!

A new, modern, cozy, and clean hotel! Awesome staff. Convenient location close to UNC and Duke (we were on a college visits trip). Great breakfast. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The only nuisance was the loud AC unit in our room, which is an issue if you're a light sleeper like myself.
