The living room, equipped with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, is perfect for hosting an adult and a child, or two children if necessary. Furthermore, there is a large LCD television, ideal for moments of pure relaxation, while a small terrace adds a touch of freshness. The kitchen, complete with everything you need, includes a latest generation induction hob, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine with capsules. From here you access a lovely balcony, perfect for an outdoor breakfast.
The bedrooms are large, furnished with quality linens. Tranquility is guaranteed by the location of the building, away from the traffic of the main city streets. The bathroom, completely new and equipped, will welcome you with a trio of towels for each guest, toilet paper and shower gel.
We will welcome you with a traditional check-in or with a convenient self check-in, which will allow you greater flexibility in arrival times. We will take care of all the cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay, leaving you only with the task of gathering the towels, turning off the equipment and throwing away the garbage at the end of your stay.
