The room we had was in desperate need of a new couch, chairs and ottoman’s. Worn and dirty looking. I did not sit on them. The carpet was in need of replacing. The bed was clean and very comfortable. I will not stay again. The front desk guy was very pleasant.

Stay was good. there was a group of 4 families with several kids. Parents allowed them to be loudly yelling, racing in hallways and knocking on random doors at night. Same behavior at breakfast. Staff did say something at breakfast. allowed to be yelling, running and knocking at door at night

We had a king bed with a pull out couch. The room was very spacious and clean. The hot tub was not ‘hot’ and seemed like it could have used more water. The staff was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and out.

Beds were amazing but the restaurant -bar was closed so had to leave to eat. Was hard to find a parking spot when we came back. Otherwise it was good.

I was in a handicapped room and the carpet was buckled. This would be unsafe for someone that has walking issues. The bed squeaked so bad it was annoying. The room had a smell and the sink didn’t drain well. In the breakfast area they should offer water and hard boiled eggs. Ice on each floor should be provided.

Upon check in we discovered that someone else was checked into our room. The manager worked to get us a room but it was concerning that this happened. Overall the condition of the hotel seemed tired, generally clean but tired.
