Staff was great, loved the water park. Con was that the water park is so packed that it was impossible to find seating. As far as rooms, the bathroom door didn’t lock and the pillows were very uncomfortable. They didn’t have any guest info in the rooms which was unfortunate. Enjoyed our stay after a long week of traveling but overly expensive for what was experienced.

Room was nice and clean, but the air conditioning would not stay a constant temp. We sweated or froze on the same temperature. The walls were thin, we woke up to crying baby somewhere nearby both mornings. There was a daily parking charge that appeared at checkout which wasn’t disclosed, but we talked to the front desk and it was comped, which was appreciated. Would stay there again if in the area, but didn’t use the water park and the breakfast closed earlier than we got out each day so I can’t comment on that.
