Major issues!

This was the worst hotel stay we've had in a very long time. Here are the issues we encountered: The attached water park is fine, but it was insanely overcrowded. You need tubes to use the water slides, but there maybe a total of 15 tubes for hundreds of people. Just a few people hoarded them and went on the slides over and over again while most people stood around hoping someone might let go of their tube. The hot tub was often so crammed with people it wasn't possible even to get in. There were unsupervised kids running around everywhere. There was one container of towels that was emptied first thing in the morning and then seemingly never refilled. Of the 5 times we went to the water park, there were towels available once. But even then, our towels were stolen off our table by someone else. Cleanliness in the water park was a major issue. At one point there was a pair of dirty, stained men's underwear sitting right in the main walking path. Completely disgusting. There didn't seem to be anyone around to clean Re: the hotel side of things. Housekeeping took our towels and then the front desk told us they were short on towels and gave us two towels for four people. There was a long line for breakfast and most items ran out and were never refilled. Our last morning there was a group of drunk, profane, aggressive drunks at one table during breakfast and staff completely ignored them instead of asking them to leave. It was clear that there are major management issues.

This is simply a budget family travel hotel. Wish the pool area wasnt to packed and had longer hours. It was like swiming in people soup waaayyyy to many people allowed in one spot. Also, breakfast is atrocious. They really need to improve or only provide continental. Front desk people could use a little more training in greating people with a happy face. Rooms are clean and spacious. Access is good. Just need a few improvements.
