Great hotel. Made reservations same day after booked hotel cancelled due to maintenance issues. Very happy with new hotel. Staff could have been friendlier but you can't have everything. Breakfast was good too!

Comfortable spot in RAP

Found a couple of rooms in a pinch. The hotel was well located, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was ample. There was a spa on premises that I didn't get to use. Staff were friendly and there was enough parking.

Watch out!

New clerk tapped my credit card for an extra $60 plus $10 to park. Nobody said anything about parking fees until I checked my credit card stmt. Complained to mgr, it took awhile but the charges were removed. No more Fairfields for me. Hot tub was packed with little kids frim water park. No fun.
