Wake up to Crescent Lake right outside your window. This spacious, freshly updated lakehouse sits on more than 3 private acres with 300 feet of private shoreline in Raymond, Maine, part of the Sebago Lakes Region, about 30 minutes from the Portland Jetport and 2 hours from Boston.

Inside, a great room with soaring 25-foot ceilings, wide-plank wood floors, and a stone fireplace anchors the main level, opening onto an 800-square-foot deck with sweeping views of the lake and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped for a house full of guests, and a wet bar makes the great room an easy spot to gather. Step outside to a private dock, a hot tub, and a pool, plus a game room with arcade games for rainy days.

Four bedrooms (each with a queen bed) sleep up to 8 guests comfortably, served by two full baths and a half bath. Onsite parking fits up to 4 vehicles.

Spend your days paddling, swimming, or fishing on Crescent Lake, or head 9 minutes down the road to Sebago Lake. Old Orchard Beach is about an hour away for a change of scenery.
