Within walking distance of the centre and beach (75 m), charming family house with large shady garden. The property offers a lot of privacy and tranquillity yet is close to all amenities.
The house has spacious rooms, new airconditioning in all bedrooms(2025), modern kitchen and plenty of (parking) space around the house. It is within walking distance of Rayol's famous beach, le Grand Bleu, with the fantastic Boukarou Beach restaurant.
In 5 minutes, one walks to the centre of Rayol for fresh croissants, a very good butcher and small supermarket.
In short, everything one needs for a great holiday!
