This spacious holiday apartment in Ljubač offers ideal conditions for a relaxed holiday with family or friends and convinces with plenty of space, comfort and a beautiful sea view. The rental unit is located on the first floor of a holiday home in a quiet location and offers around 130 m² of living space for up to nine people. Three comfortable bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements ensure restful nights, while two bathrooms make the stay pleasant even with a larger occupancy.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the holiday apartment and invites shared moments. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for self-catering during the holiday. The equipment includes, among other things, cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher as well as coffee machine and kettle. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, heating and a private washing machine within the rental unit provide additional comfort during the stay.
A special highlight are the two private balconies. The large, covered balcony with sea view offers plenty of space for relaxing, eating or staying outdoors, while the smaller balcony creates additional retreat space. Garden and courtyard areas of the house can also be used, as well as barbecue facilities by arrangement. Pets are welcome, for which an additional fee will be charged.
The location of the holiday apartment is ideal for a versatile holiday. The sea is only about 300 metres away, and various types of beaches such as sandy, gravel and rocky beaches can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Shopping facilities, bakery, café and bus stop are located in the immediate vicinity. The town centre of Ljubač is located about 900 metres away and offers restaurants and further infrastructure. The surroundings are quiet, green and excellently suited for beach days, walks, water sports and excursions in Northern Dalmatia.
