Spread over two levels, the villa is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a double bedroom with a second foldaway bed and a bathroom with washing machine. While on the first floor we find a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second large bathroom.
It is possible to enjoy the sea view from most of its rooms, but the real highlight of the structure remains the immense terrace where you can have lunch, relax and sunbathe immersed in the vastness and breathtaking beauty of the landscape.

Despite the dominant position on the heights of Recco, the villa is located less than 10 minutes from the motorway exit and just 5 km from the center.

Our stay in Recco
We had a wonderful time in Recco. The very well-kept house is located on a hill in the hinterland of Recco in a nicely landscaped property with a view of the sea. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished - the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The large terrace in front of the house, equipped with an awning, invites you to linger. All in all a very nice house.The only drawbacks are the somewhat unusual access road and the noise level from the nearby highway. The communication with the agency was uncomplicated and friendly.
