Quanto chegamos ficamos no bloco 1, mas não consegui descansar durante o dia, pois o boliche era embaixo desse bloco e fazia muito barulho. Comuniquei na recepção e imediatamente me trocaram de quarto, essa acomodação sim foi ótima. Café da manhã excelente, tudo gostoso. Funcionários todos maravilhosos. O que não gostei foi: cerveja no bar da piscina todos os dias quentes, não consegui beber uma cerveja gelada, o que achei uma pena. Também fiquei chateada que o checkout foi as 11:00 e meu transpor era 13:00. Perguntei se podia ficar usando a piscina e as áreas comuns e não pode. Fiquei sentada na recepção 2 horas e meia esperando meu carro. Não via nada demais em abrir uma comanda e pagar na saída. A maioria dos resorts você faz o checkout e pode usar piscina, praia. Mas no todo o resort é maravilhoso

Quarto bom para 2 pessoas , mas apertado para 4 restaurante sempre entupido de gente e comida meaboca em relação a outros que conheço . Preços de bebidas e comidas caras para quem não é PROPRIETÁRIO de unid.Boliche(reservar dias antes). No penúltimo dia eu e minha família fomos jantar e ficamos uns 30 minutos na fila, chegando na entrada a moça disse que meus CREDITOS tinham acabados e q era para eu ir na recepção colocar mais crédito . Tive que sair do bloco 8 (restaurante) e ir até o bloco 1(recepção) , chegando lá a disseram que eu tinha q pagar os gastos 3k para poder colocar mais créditos , tive que sair do bloco 1 e ir ate o quarto (bloco 4) pegar o cartão e voltar no bloco 1 para pagar , e depois retornar ao bloco 8.Poderiam evitar este constrangimento se tivessem avisado no check-in. O pior foi no check-out 11hs da manhã com meu voo às 18.40hs , perguntei a tolerância ,responderam 0 minutos , perguntei se poderíamos ficar nas dependências do hotel até umas 14hs e almoçar lá disseram que não ,deveríamos esperar no saguão da recepção ,mas se fossemos PROPRIETÁRIOS poderíamos ficar nas dependências do hotel e fazer o check-out mais tarde. Falei para a recepcionista : Vcs dão mais valor para proprietários ,né? Ela teve a cara de pau de me responder : SIM ,senhor. Após muita briga conseguimos almoçar lá por : concessão a a titulo de exceção. Não volto mais lá nem de graça , eles tem que aprender muito com o ENOTEL e SUMMERVILLE como agradar um hospede comum.
