The hotel was ok. I was surprised that it did not have an elevator. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The clerk carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. The continental breakfast worked out but didn't have a broad selection. Simple hot dish, waffle maker, bread. Would have liked bagels. My room waz very small as well. Good thing it was only me. The accommodations worked out ok for me.

The entire staff provided incredible customer service and hospitality. The property and rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very pet friendly. On site is an outdoor pet area which included poop bags. It was the best Quality Inn experience we’ve ever had.

Above and Beyond

Amazing front desk manager upon check-in. This was a 2-story hotel with NO ELEVATOR!!! I wish I’d known this! It should be made clear. We were beyond exhausted upon check-in and she offered to help carry my stuff upstairs to our room. I thanked her but said my husband would get it and when he unloaded and went back to our van, she had taken the luggage and other belongings upstairs! This is above and beyond!!

Lots of light in the room when trying to sleep. Needed better curtains. Breakfast decent and staff super great and accommodating. King Room was very small. No place for two suitcase yo open at once. Handy to die town.
