Great place, even better service

The place was great, the room was a bit small but that’s not that big a deal. The staff was very friendly, the hotel had a restaurant for breakfast and lunch, there was very nice gym, they had a racquetball and pickleball facility, free parking. There were nice restaurants that offered great food with a fantastic vibe.

This property is very unique because of its history. It is very well maintained and the staff/owner/manager were super friendly and helpful. It is beautifully decorated to reflect the historical character. The bathroom was very very nice! However, our room was so small we could barely move around without bumping into each other.

We stayed at the Pollard Hotel for one night. Our check in was quick and efficient, we were directed to where to park (free) and the room was ready. The bed was very comfortable, all amenities were available and the staff was responsive to our needs. It was a busy night as there were 3 wedding couples in the hotel but everything went smoothly. The gym was outstanding and open 24/7. We would recommend this hotel to visitors to Red Lodge, Montana.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Downtown Red Lodge. The one major drawback is the floors and walls are light-weight, and you can hear people easily. If you stay here you will want to bring earplugs and a noise machine, but that still wasn't enough for me. The hotel was noisy in general with people yelling and children running everywhere. The best kept secret about this hotel is the gym, it is like being at a health club!! The location is prime, it has good staff, just wish it hadn't been so noisy.
