Place is old a bit run down. Sheets were ripped and stained. Sleeping sofa, had no sheets. Mattress was stained. Staff were great and professional and friendly. shops nearby a walking distance, Homeless people all around. Very Pet friendly. Love that about the place.

Bathroom was gross, rust dripping down wall from safety rail, bathtub yellowed, .was not clean. Outlets loose & hard to keep item plugged in. Refrigerator in room was noisy. Breakfast was very sparse, waffle station had no waffle maker, just batter & syrup dispensers. Out of meat with 1 hour to go on breakfast and no more being made.

The room that we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. After driving for over 7 hours we checked into the room slightly before midnight. I noticed instantly a heavy mildewy smell from the bathroom. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom, the sink wasn't clean and all of the bedding was completely filthy, nothing had been wiped down in a very long time. The carpets were completely soiled stained. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with extra blankets we brought. We also saw a homeless guy pushing a shopping cart stop and look into lower level ground floor windows
