we arrived after midnight and were checked in with no issues; very friendly and helpful check-in. We were able to also get free late checkout which was very helpful. Rooms are clean and functional. I've never stayed at a My Place before...I did think it was odd that it has a full kitchen (stove, full size fridge, sink with garbage disposal) but no dishware, silverware, pots, pans, etc. I wasn't sure if that was the norm for My Place? We also had a small bottle of dish soap but no sponge. We had our own paper plates, plasticware, and a travel pot we take with us; so, we were able to use the kitchen without issues. The bed was unusually low which was not a problem for us. overall, cannot beat the price for a room with a kitchen! It was clean, welcoming, and the young man staffing the desk in the middle of the night was great.

Very clean. Comfortable bed.

The hotel seemed new, was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! I would stay again but feel they need to work out a few kinks. We booked a room with 1 queen bed because it was the only thing available. The description said the room slept 3 people. I assumed they would have a cot or rollaway bed available but they do not offer that. The employee said the third person could share the queen bed or sleep in the recliner. There wasn’t a recliner in the room. They shouldn’t advertise that the room sleeps 3 people. Thankfully we have family in town so our 9 year old was able to sleep at their house. Disappointing and frustrating. When we checked in, there was no one at the front desk and there was a sign saying to dial ‘0’ from the phone in the lounge to reach someone. There was not a phone in the lounge. I waited around for a while before using my cell to call the front desk, after letting it ring for a few minutes, someone finally came out. That sign was left up for the 2 days we stayed there and there was never a phone placed in the lounge. They also don’t have a water filling station but they do sell bottled water.
