Win River Resort & Casino

Check in was at 3:00 pm & we arrived at 3:05. Our room was not ready. We were not able to check in until 5:00 pm. The staff was very friendly & apologetic.Even though the lobby was non smoking it smelled like cigarette smoke. We look for valets & bell service when we travel. There was no bell service & the valet was closed on Sunday.

rooms are goid. casino is smokey though. That area needs newer machines and an upgrade. Restaurant was good though.
