Wonderful stay…with one exception.

Everything about the hotel and our stay was wonderful with just one exception, we were put in room 222 right next to the elevators. From this room you can hear the elevator opening and closing and going up and down all day and night and sometimes noisy people walk by as well. Thankfully we had ear plugs to minimize the noise. The staff was kind and helpful! The breakfast was outstanding! The beds were super comfortable and the room was pristine clean. So just avoid room 222 and any other room on one of the four floors that is close to the elevator and you’ll love this place.

Humor humor

Room was comfortable and beautiful but not completely functional. A small shelf under the tv is awkward as is a sink with no towel bar. Architectural interest is fine but not if it’s not functional. The staff I did talk to were kind. But what’s all the push for a tip? I always tip the room room staff but a sign by the bed said “ leave tip” after showing a list of staff and what they all do -like a cruise ship where the staff are paid on tips for working hard to make the guests comfortable. Also a email query from the desk ended with a tip chart ( select and pay). Since the staff did absolutely nothing after handing me a key, why the persistent demands? The more I’m pressured to leave the tip, the less I will leave. Your hotel was safe but I won’t stay there again-too much emphasis on gimme gimme.

The hotel is great, and the staff is great. The rooms are very clean and the pool is lovely and clean. My only "gripe" is that the breakfast was cold and they did not offer many options. But overall a great visit.

This hotel was the nicest of all 6 hotels we stayed at during our trip. The hotel and room had a new, modern, clean yet still cozy feel. We loved the layout of the room and the pool/hot tub. Even extended our stay for another night! The only surprise was that breakfast ended at 9am.

The stay was great. However there was confusion at checking in. I reserved two rooms for four adults using Hotels.com. The reservation was recorded at Wynam Hotel as one room and four adults. Fortunately they had another room available. The new room was $20 cheaper than the online booking from hotels.com. Just fyi check with hotel desk ahead of the trip.

I would give it 5 stars , but the morning staff at food court/coffee stop at lobby were real slow . Litter on the lobby /outside entrance floor was initially concerning , but inside very clean .

We were pleasantly surprised at just how nice this hotel/room was. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only small negative I had was that the shower pan in our bathroom was creaky and loud when showering.
