Disappointing Experience – Misleading Photos.

First of all, the photos of the hotel are very misleading. The actual appearance of the hotel is quite different from what was shown online — the rooms and facilities looked much older and less maintained in person. When we arrived, the service was underwhelming. Staff seemed unresponsive and disorganized, and we did not receive the level of quality or comfort that we had expected based on the pictures and description. Overall, it was a disappointing stay that did not meet our expectations.

Unable to have bottom floor because 5 rooms had not been cleaned from the night before. Continenal breakfast wasn't kept stocked. Had to keep for things to be refilled. Staff did not greet you as you walked in.
