The waterslide is great for lil kiddos, the selling feature for sure. The staff were extremely hard to understand. Werent helpful in offering suggestions of parks, where places were located, dining etc. They couldnt be bothered to tell me on check in where my room was. The sheets hadnt been changed since last guest. Very noisy, guests dogs barking, room close to staff areas and constant carts were rolling by. At 1101 am the phone rang "reminding me check out was 11". All in all not great experience and dont think worth $260
