Very much enjoyed the hotel and all the staff were extremely helpful. However I had booked through Expedia 1 king room and 1 king studio however Expedia booked 2 king and unfortunately this could not be changed at hotel and Expedia ignored all my attempts to reach them.

The hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites) charged me $35.70 (US) for an unknown reason. I made my reservation and payment thru Expedia and was not/am not expecting any added chargers from Fairfield. I'll have to call and find out what this charge is supposedly for. Bad form.

Overall was a great stay! The room and facilities were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was solid. The staff were all friendly. The location is great- very walkable. My only complaint is that the hot tub and pool were small and felt crowded with only 10 or so guests including myself.

Although the hotel has a great location and is modern and clean, the walls seem a little bit on the thin side. Either that, or, Frankenstein was chasing an elephant in the room above us at 1:00 in the morning. šŸ˜”

Lovely to have a pool and hot tub in the hotel. Exercise room too. Great range of breakfast food included in the cost. We spilled water in bed by accident when putting the kids to sleep. We called for fresh bedding and they brought it upstairs in 5 minutes. Such excellent service!
