Bedding was dirty and had blood stains on it; the wifi password was not provided; I couldn’t figure out how to get the ac fan to work; the breakfast and breakfast room were extremely poor quality. Will not be visiting this location again

We stayed three nights over the Labour day weekend. I was rather disappointed in this hotel. I understand that they are trying to renovate, however there is no pool facilities or restaurant on site. The pub in the same parking lot is super sketchy. Also the homeless nearby was not good for my teenager. The breakfast did not contain any protein. Nothing for gluten free diets. It was all carbs & coffee. The staff were not very friendly. When I requested a towel refresh, I had to hunt down a housekeeper because after 3 hours of waiting I still had no fresh towels.

Breakfast room was terrible. No hot foods. Appearance was terrible. Didn’t even have a full size fridge or a sink. Had to wait twenty minutes to check in as they only had one staff working. Only had 2 luggage carts which we couldn’t use on the side entrance. No smoking area. No outside sitting area. No curb appeal. Garbage and glass all over the property. Won’t stay here ever again.

Our room had hundreds of bed bugs. When we asked the front desk person to change the room, he said there is nothing he could do. It was the most disappointing and unsafe hotel ever

Great for the budget conscious!!!

Travelling across Canada we have had some good rooms and not so good. This hotel looked a little tired on the outside but walking into the lobby the floors were gleaming and the counter staff was friendly. Our room was a mix of some old and new but smelled clean the moment we walked in. The bathroom had been renovated and looked nice and the beds were very comfortable. They had nice new blinds as well. The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired and needs some help with presentation. Either way while being budget conscious this place was fine. Even more important was the quality of staff as I left my cell phone at the desk and the clerk held it for me. Not every person would be so honest!! So a big Thank you again!!

We went there. Everything was good. Breakfast is promised in the price. When we got there in the morning, there was a little room with 2 tables or 3 tables and no real breakfast. There some bagels, some bread, some butter, some cheese, dry, cereal and milk
