Plenty of room to spread out! We had a family reunion with 12 folks ages 10-94 and all were comfy with lots of spaces to hang out. The cottage was an awesome retreat for those looking for a little quiet.

The host had great communication and was very accommodating and friendly. The house was perfect for my family of 11 during Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The cottage house was a bonus, and also clean. I would suggest having a broom and vacuum handy and available for guests. It was stated that these items were available but we never found them. The back yard is completely fenced in which was perfect for bringing dogs. Another plus was the off road parking and the driveway accommodated parking for 7 cars. Shopping was conveniently close for any essentials that we needed to forgot to pack. The house is a little dated but met all of our needs. I would stay again and recommend this house for big families who are looking for a place at the beach.

Great place for large group on a budget

What stands out about this house is all of the sleeping areas. (It is important to note that to get to one of the two upstairs "bedrooms" you have to walk through another bedroom.) There is a bunk room that easily sleeps 3 kids. The basement was also comfortable for sleeping on either coaches or inflatable beds. The pool was very nice, and the the large fenced in yard was great for our dog. The living room and dining room are modern and nice and on central air. Most of the rest of the house is dated and on room air conditioners. The owner is incredibly responsive. Whatever needed to be repaired was quickly done. The location, although not beautiful, was 10 minutes from everywhere.

Great location

This is a great place if you want a place near the main thoroughfare that is close to outlets and restaurants. Would be aware that in the main house, only 2 of the bedrooms and the basement are single use and the other rooms are very open to the other guest sleeping in beds so if you are a person who needs privacy or quiet to sleep, this may not be the best home. If you need space and fun, then this is the house for you.

A Hidden Gem

Our family of 10 stayed at this home during plunge weekend. Mark was an amazing host. He addressed any issues that arised quickly. There was plenty of room for our family, tons of games to play, and even in the winter, the sunroom was still the best place to hang out (the mild weekend helped!). Like the title says- It's truly a hidden gem.

80th Birthday Party

We stayed for three nights. It was a wonderful time for my mom’s 80th birthday party. Plenty of room. Worked very well for what we needed. The pool was clean. Definitely has everything that you need. Had a few small issues that were addressed promptly by the property owner. Highly recommend!

Large house fit all our friends!

This home was large and easily fit the 7 couples that we had in town for a wedding. It’s walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The pool was very clean and the home provided all the amenities we needed.

Family time

Family friendly house with plenty to do inside and outside. Our grandchildren love chasing each other around the house and i appreciated having enough room for all of them and the adults and didn't feel crowded. Would have been better for me if the pool was heated but the kids still enjoyed it. My hudband and i enjoyed the cottage. It took us a while to get the tvs figured out but leave it up to kids to know tech. Loved that we were close to stores and other activities and the beach but not on the busy main strip. for all of them and all of the adults.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We recently enjoyed a magical week-long stay at Mark's Beach House for a family vacation. It turned out to be the perfect place for our extended family to create lasting memories. The house itself had a wonderful layout with multiple floors and plenty of rooms. It was ideal for our large group, offering a great mix of togetherness and privacy. While the house showed some typical wear and tear, which is to be expected at a beach rental, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. More importantly, the price was fantastic, making it an unbeatable value for our family vacation. The kids absolutely loved having their own hangout area downstairs with the large TV and game system. This provided a perfect space for them to unwind and enjoy some screen time while the adults relaxed in the comfortable living areas upstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up family meals. The convenience of having an on-site pool was a major bonus, especially on those days when the beach wasn't quite calling our name, or when the little ones needed a change of scenery.
