That they fixed the hot tub extremely quick!!, staff was very nice, pool was warm. What was bad was no hair dryers, our room 107 was very clean, but the bathroom door gandle was falling iff and we could not shut the door otherwise we would get stuck in it, l9l. The main door extra lock did nothing but flap. BUT, once again very clean, comfortable bed, warm heat, and wonderful pillows. Would i stay again, definitely. Dont judge this little fem by some crappy reviews.

Had a 3pm check in room wasn't ready. They were supposed to call me when ready i came back after 2 hours it was ready they never called... i always use bleach to clean hot tub never had a problem with them ive stayed here many times, this time the hot tub was filthy,

I have 1 complaint. The floors were not vacuumed or washed. Upon entering, there was dog food in various places spread out around the floor. The bathroom floor was full of black dog hair. It's the first time that this has happened to me considering I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. Just no excuse for that.

The $20 early check in, I think is really lame. Do you have a room ready or not? Plus the bathtub was gross, tiny hairs at the bottom. I took pictures to document it. I used to really like this hotel, but I don't know any more in the future.

Staff was great as far as customer service. I had a big party stay there including Celebrities. One of the rooms had urine on the seat. Just nasty. The chair was broke in another room.we was over charged. I booked 12 rooms. I brought money there and i was not satisfied. If it wasnt for Tayvon your employee i would of left the 1st night!
