2nd time I’ve stayed here and both times the pool and spa were closed, chose this site again because of the pool figuring it couldn’t happen again, even checked their main website no notice of that was given there either I would’ve changed booking had I known this pre arrival.. disappointed to say the least.. and no upgrade or compensation was offered

Pet Perfect!

Perfect spot for our first trial overnight with our rescue dog! Clean; huge room; vinyl plank floors so I didn't have to worry about other pets who may have visited; friendly staff. Great location for visits to Lewes and Rehoboth. Also perfect for Outlet Shoppers! Real bargain for such a nice facility.

Hotel is on a quiet street off the main drag. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet most of the time. It is about a mile or two to the park and ride which will take you downtown for $2.00 one way. (It only operates from mid-May.) This is much easier than trying to look for parking and paying the outrageous prices the town charges. BTW, I see parking enforcement agents everywhere in town, so I doubt if you will escape without paying something. However, the breakfast had no orange juice. They had lemonade for BREAKFAST instead. If you are gluten sensitivity or have Celiac, you have hard boiled eggs to eat and nothing else. No fruit or yogurt. Plenty of gluten filled food to eat. Although the room, #112, looked clean, I found a used, still wet washcloth on the shower curtain. The window covering was difficult to lower and impossible to raise. It was slightly too large for the window and got stuck. The sink drain was slow. Worst of all, the refrigerator froze everything, including my medicine which is NOT supposed to be frozen. When I lowered the temperature by two degrees, it defrosted, getting water in the frig and destroying my food. It then leaked onto the floor. Overall, the hotel was adequate, but could be much better with a little more work and more variety of food.

For a business trip in the Rehoboth Delaware area this is an economical wise choice. For work it offers just enough comfort to relax and yet stay focused on the tasks on hand.

Shade was broken so glaring light came into room making it hard to sleep. Shower made a terrible ear piercing screech. Dog across hall was barking for 60 minutes. No cups or tissues in room. Hot and cold water faucets were reversed. Fireplace was broken. Needs a lot of TLC.

It was okay.

Checked in for two nights on a family trip for our first-time visit to Rehoboth Beach. Staff was friendly, I appreciated being able to pay for incidentals with cash, which seems rare these days. Hotel does not have an elevator (from what I could see), but is on two floors, as an FYI. The carpet looks like it's from the 90s, pool area could use some renovations, but my kids enjoyed it (especially the baby/wading pool, which was also a warmer temperature). Nice vending machine selections, coffee is available 24/7, very basic breakfast options (waffle maker, two cereals, some bread, yogurt, boiled eggs, and orange juice). The room was decent enough. The sofa bed was uncomfortable (could feel the springs), there were no linens available for it so we had to request them, the king bed was very comfortable, the property is very dog-friendly, free parking, and the hotel is within a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk and beach. We do plan to visit Rehoboth Beach again in the near future, but we will likely stay somewhere a bit more modern and updated.

Over all the stay was great the pool area need updating but they already in the process rooms are very nice quiet and service was great. Only thing again pool area bathrooms need more frequent cleaning was very dirty
