We stayed for 2 days and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the staff were nice and polite, the overall quality of the stay did not meet expectations. The view of the beach from the bar was beautiful, but the coffee tasted watered down—like it was missing a proper coffee-to-water ratio, with no flavor at all. The photos online looked great, but in reality, the place smelled old, and the bedsheets had yellow stains and seemed unchanged from the previous guests. It was also quite noisy, which made it hard to relax. Overall, my rating is poor.

The checkin staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the cleaning staff kept the room nice. We did not eat at the restaurant but one was attached and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

This property has a very convenient location right on the Rehoboth beach boardwalk. It is clean and comfortable. The bathroom in the newer/renovated rooms feels a bit cramped but otherwise this is a great hotel. I have stayed here 4 times. I would recommend staying in an oceanfront room.
