Easter Weekend 2025

The location of this third floor unit in Rehoboth was AMAZING. It is right on the boardwalk just past the main drag and has clear, unobstructed views from the roof deck AND the living room. We had the windows open for the ocean sounds and there was no noise from crowds/late night activity. A couple of items to prepare for a stay:Supplies are pretty barebones- bring toilet paper, paper towels, soap, bed linens, towels, wash clothes etcDrip coffee maker (not keurig/pod coffee)Off street Parking for two cars under the condo was very nice but make sure your car meets the height requirements because it’s a bit of a squeeze into the spaces (we had two compact SUVS). If bringing a little one/stroller, it is very convenient and stroller accessible to get it into the condo- this was nice for our first family trip with a baby!Deducted stars for cleanliness because there were a few small insects- and we had a baby who spends time on the floor- but I’m sure this could be easily and quickly remedied by the listing provider. Otherwise, the place was very clean. My one annoyance with the rental process was that you have to go several blocks across town to the realty agency to pick up the unit keys, and I think they could just put a code system on the door to make things more convenient-especially if someone is arriving in off hours. The agency was very responsive to questions and easy to work with overall and I would certainly rent this unit again.
