The hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the spacious room and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet in the evening and during the night. We enjoyed the indoor pool during a thunderstorm and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Stayed one night with my husband and kids so we could do a quick beach day. This hotel was perfect for our family - loved the outdoor space to eat and THE POOL! The pool was wonderful and the hours being 6am -10pm was the best thing ever . I would 100% stay here again .

We requested room service several times and were told each time that it would be provided, but this did not happen. Then we were told we would receive Hyatt points for our inconveniences and they were never given. I feel lied to in many ways. I have stayed in many hotels and I have not experienced this level of incompetence and lack of care and concern for customers.

Was given a dirty room. I found a bug and plenty of hair on my bed. It did not look like someone actually cleaned the rooms. I also found crushed-up chips all over the couch. I was given another room with candy nerds spilled all over the couch and huge blood stains on my sheet. I asked for new sheets and was given one sheet for two beds. For all the good reviews, I was expecting a decent hotel—a hotel where I could lie down and relax after a long commute. Don’t let the nice pics fool you. I saw another guest upset about a pool of water coming from the AC unit. I spent a good chunk of one day just trying to get settled in. We work too hard to give our money to hotels that don’t value their guests, and I am not usually the one to complain. I will never go back. Housekeeping is also NOT on-site.
