"Welcome to 108 Philadelphia Street! Located just over a block to the beach and boardwalk and walking distance to everything in town this great property is the perfect vacation spot. The front house is beautifully renovated and features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a cozy screened porch. The new back cottage has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both houses have living areas, full kitchens and laundry facilities. The back patio located in between both houses is perfect for grilling and dining al fresco.

NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS).
