Both studios feature a dedicated desk for remote work and a Roku-enabled smart TV for entertainment. Located between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, you're just minutes away from groceries, retail shops, and dining options on Coastal Highway. Whether you're here for leisure or work, this rental offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

For your awareness, Unit B consists of two distinct spaces, each with its own external entrance. There is no internal access between the two.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This is one of two units on the same property.
The pool is only accessible to all units when they are booked simultaneously; otherwise, Unit A has exclusive access.
Streaming only with guest’s own account. This unit is not equipped with cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
