The house conveniently sleeps 8 people. Walk to shopping, movie theaters, grocery store, restaurants plus a golf course right next door. In addition to the charming 4-season room, this well-maintained home boasts 3 generous sized bedrooms, 2.5 baths, hardwood floors on the first level, granite kitchen, crown molding, 9' ceilings on both levels & built-in desk/work area. There is also a community swimming pool for you to enjoy that also has bathroom facilities, parking spaces in front of the house & plenty of overflow parking.

The home stands out with a sensational 4-season room addition plus everything is newly painted! The 4-season room has heated floors and a fantastic sound system overlooking the yard that backs to a wooded area giving you a private, serene spot to sit back, relax and enjoy nature.

THE FIRST FLOOR

Entering the house is the foyer area where stairs lead to the second level. There is also a half-bath, hall closet and entry from the one car garage. Once leaving the foyer area you head into the open concept Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area perfect for large gatherings. The Living Room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player (We provide a wide selection of DVD’s) and plush seating (which includes a queen sleeper-sofa) for watching TV and is perfect for relaxing during a movie. Enjoy preparing a meal from the spacious bright fully stocked kitchen with a large island (overlooking the living/dining area) which also has 3 stools, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & pantry. A dining room table for 6-8 people fits the entire family for dinner. The 4-season room is located off of the living area which gives more room for entertaining and additional eating space during any weather plus has an entrance to the backyard.

THE SECOND FLOOR

Three bedrooms on the second-floor feature one king bed, one queen and two twin beds. The master suite features king size bed, TV, dresser and has an attached master bath with shower stall & double sinks. Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a queen bed, dresser, end tables, and closet. Bedroom #3 is furnished with two twin beds, dresser, end table, bench and walk-in closet. The second-floor bath features double sinks and tub/shower combo. Laundry facilities are on this level making washing towels and bathing suits a breeze.

There is a shopping center minutes away that has a grocery store, retail and restaurants while not even dealing with the traffic on Route 1.
