Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean. You can tell the owners and staff take great pride in what they do. Will stay there again and recommend to anyone. We had a direct oceanfront room.

Nice place especially in the off season. Steps to the beach. A little dated but it’s safe, on the beach and lots of staff around always doing something to keep up the looks of the place. The only real issue we had was the bathrooms are TINY- like an RV (or smaller). We got by, but it was tight. Overall nice place, good stay and we will be back.

Great Place to Relax

Stayed while on a mini vacation. The room was perfectly facing the ocean and very quiet. I didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or cars. Very peaceful and felt like home.

Lovely situated on the Atlantic. Room was very clean. Staff very kind. The only drawback is there's no elevator as I have mobility issues. However, there is a dumbwaiter to transfer luggage. Just remember to honor your parking area beginning May 15 as parking is no longer free in the area.

Great affordable place to stay at the beach! Bathroom is tiny and toilet was chipped and the towels need to be upgraded and would be nice for some clean product soaps and things on the sink to use but other than that, was completely fine to stay for a few nights. Nothing fancy, but great location! Walkable to breakfast spots and shops!
