Our apartments can be rented all year round. Sun terrace in the countryside, close to the forest, Reith near Kitzbühel, best design, Our apartment house is located near the edge of a forest, in the middle of a beautiful landscape. From our garden you have a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains Hahnenkamm, Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser The perfect location, in Reith near Kitzbühel, guarantees peace and relaxation on the one hand and convenient connections to Kitzbühel and the surrounding ski areas on the other. Apartment 3 is 55 m² in size and suitable for 4 people. It has a beautiful bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and a pull-out double sofa bed can accommodate a total of 4 people. Tenants have free use of the apartment terrace and terrace furniture. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbühel Horn. There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer available. (Sauna for Top 2 and Top 3 shared use) PARKING: the parking place for this apartment is opposite the house (see house rules) Please note that you obligatory need to register at the accomodation at your arrival!! In the immediate vicinity are: the mountain railway (4 km), leisure facilities such as outdoor swimming pools (6 km), the Schwarzsee seaside resort (4 km), a golf course (3 km), a riding stable and a tennis court (1 km) as well as supermarkets and restaurants ( 1.5km). Because of its favorable location, the diversity of the landscape and the originally preserved village character, the small town of Reith with its 1,717 inhabitants is a recognized neighbor to the city of Kitzbühel and a popular place for those guests who are looking for peace and relaxation
