Located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, this bright and quiet apartment features a beautiful 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. For your comfort, cleaning is included and 4* hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided, with the bed made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and washing machine.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, close to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market (Les Lices every Saturday morning).
