Hôtel proche du centre ville

Déçues pour un 5 étoiles. Chambre de taille correcte et agréablement bien décorée. Salle de fit est minuscule. Mais service de chambre à revoir, manque de professionnalisme, nous n’avons jamais s compris pq il y avait autant d’allé et venu dans notre chambre alors que l’on demandait rien et que la chambre était déjà faite et que le frigo et le café n’etait Pas remis à jour, que les rideaux n’etaient Pas tirés. Nous avons souhaité boire un verre avec des amis dans l’hôtel pour profiter du cadre chaleureux mais au bout d’une heure nous sommes partis ailleurs car nous n’avions toujours pas pris notre commande, un des serveurs s’est excusé mais pour un 5 étoiles ça ne se fait pas. Petit déjeuné bon et correcte. Le personnel de l’accueil ne sait pas si il y’a des manifestations dans la ville. Nous sommes arrivés avec la rue de l’hôtel bloquée pour cause de manifestation et nous sommes repartis de la même façon pour cause de marathon. Cest très penible étant donné que l’hotel Ne dispose pas de parking privé et quil faut se garer dans un parking public, dérangeant lorsqu’on a des bagages. Bref quelques détails qui nous laisse penser que cela ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles. malgré ces petits détails, personnel poli et agréable.
