Wall heater did not work at first. I tried powering it off and on with no success then I reset the button on the plug, and it began to work. I had to do this several times throughout the night to keep it working. The walls are very thin, so you hear EVERYTHING coming from the adjacent rooms. Very unpleasant when your neighbors feel that 3am is the time to be awake and loud. I guess there is a reason they hand out earplugs in the lobby. The bedside clock/telephone combo did not work. I tried to find the cord to make sure it was plugged in and all I found was a power strip with tape wrapped around it. Most of the cords were zip tied to the leg of the bedside table, so I gave up. I chose this hotel because it had an excellent rating of 9.0 I'm not sure where this rating came from as this is an old motel that has been given a minimal makeover. The photographs are amazing but deceiving. Overall, this was not the worst hotel I have stayed in by far. In the future, I will choose to stay at other local hotels that are truly a 9.0

My stay was over New Years 2025. Walls are very thin and room is noisy. Vague, stale smoke smell from heat /AC unit. Very dark room with poor light and black wallpaper. Desk staff was friendly and helpful, so that was good. No breakfast.

Booked this hotel for my parents and they were blown away by the cleanliness of the room. My mom is quite a clean freak so I was surprised to hear her give such high praise. The price for one night was quite reasonable and it was close to lots of stores. I would absolutely book again next time we're in Reno.

Overall good location - wish they had coffee in the lobby in the AM but there was a machine in the room - very pet friendly with a nice pet area - need to upgrade the shampoo, soap - bar soap??? really - the shower had the holders for bottles but I guess they are no longer doing that - big miss there

Grabbed a last minute room on a road trip and it was fantastic. Very clean, bathroom had a glass shower door which we always prefer over a shower curtain. Would stay again!

We stayed here from December 30 to January 1, and overall had a really great experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The hotel felt quiet and safe, and the location was convenient for getting around Reno. Everything was just straightforward and pleasant, which is exactly what you want when traveling. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!
