It was okay. Overpriced for the area. Carpet in room had stains. The Holiday Inn Express at Santa Clara CA was excellent. This one was a little disappointing . At the parking lot, there was a truck parked with 2 men staring at me. They were there for along time. I had a few baggies to take with me and it took me 2 trips to go to my car. I hated it because I knew these men are there. It’s very annoying and creepy. I understand this is Reno but Holiday Inn express should put a camera around the facilities. Human trafficking is real. They need to make sure their visitors feel safe in the surroundings. I will never go back.
