This was not the elegant stay as expected. While I could see by the pictures the decor is a bit dated, I did not expect the following :- [ ] Inability to use outdoor area as all chairs and table were locked to a chain with a padlock- [ ] Inability to use the deck as it is in need of repair. Many loose areas and railing was not attached to the house- [ ] Dining room chairs all coming apart at the joints when pulling them out to sit or when putting your feet on the bottom rung- [ ] Mismatched dishes so dining for 8 is impossible - [ ] Only 3 wine glasses - - [ ] Cat pee smell on comforter in downstairs back bedroom - disgusting and very gross way to find out at midnight on our first night there- [ ] Not sufficient towels available for 8 guests- [ ] Insufficient silverware to enjoy dinner - 4 place settings for forks, spoons, 3 salad forks and all mismatched. Hardly a chefâs dream kitchen- [ ] Backyard and outside is poorly maintained and weeds were everywhere, along with plants growing out of the stairs - [ ] Not handicap accessible and should not be advertised as such. There are 3 steps into the house, or two from the garage. No handrails to assist in the primary bedroom. Shower is not accessible due to no handrails and a very narrow opening for an assistant to shower
We have stayed at some super rental places but this was not one of them. Great view of City but, alas, the interior from flooring to furniture doesn't begin to match it. Bit disapppointed.
We came to Reno to see our tent he grand baby
For the first time. We flew in a daughter and drove up with our other son and his family , went on the Turkey trot, had my birthday and Thanksgiving together! House was perfect with plenty of room,
Had a few issues but overall it was great!
I'm not much of a gambler and navigating the parking, check-in and long walks on noisy casino floors isnât one of my favorite things. This house is in a great neighborhood, plenty of parking and it's quiet.
