Good Visit

Was put up in the North tower. Quite a walk from casino, but not bad. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Pool was okay if you get there early enough for a seat. Room was a bit smaller than I prefer, but clean.

The Peppermill is great paid for upgrade but the Tuscany rooms are outdated. There was a lot of trash on the ground by pool maybe because of the wind.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite booking in advance, I was told there were no rooms available and had to wait over an hour to be checked in. The room I finally received was in an outdated wing, not clean, and had been blocked for carpet cleaning which staff entered to do while I was changing. This happened more than once. On top of that, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. I didn’t feel my privacy or belongings were safe. Totally unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point.
