Arrived on Friday evening, Left Sunday morning. No Internet the entire time. Multiple emails with host didn’t solve problem. Spectrum Internet provider had no outages in the area despite host Jeff’s claims. Vrbo rep also tried to contact host with no response. My guess is this host does not pay for Internet at this property. That means no TV as well. A/C consists of three portable units which are completely inadequate for 85 days. One of the AC units requires window to be open, allowing hot air to come back in the house. If it weren’t for the lack of Internet and inadequate air conditioning, I would not complain about the missing window screens, poorly maintained backyard, loose plumbing fixtures in both bathrooms, no 120 V outlet in Master bath, badly sloping floors, front porch steps that are a clear code violation, poorly patched and unpainted hole in bedroom wall. I could go on, but you get the picture. My advice, check out Vacayplay on Bizapedia and then pay a little bit more for a different home and you’ll have a much more enjoyable experience in Reno. To their credit, we have never had major issues with a VRBO property in the past. We have rented many times through them. it’s a shame they list this house on their site.
