They only had one elevator working in each system sometimes it would take a hour to go up or down and the stair way would get locked at night because of the homeless would come in so we couldn’t even use the stairs at all

Everything was great, except the elevators. Spending 20+ minutes to get up and down from our room was very annoying. Besides that we loved our stay. But did waste hours over the 4 days with the elevator issue.

It was a okay stay

The elevators took 20 to 5 minutes to go to my room or get down to the lobby. I couldn’t check out by television or self check out, line was long. The restaurants are high priced. Cafe wasn’t worth what you charge. The room air conditioner didn’t blow cold and it was humid in the room. Room was really clean and up to date.

I will never stay here again. I’m not a picky person by any means and I was pretty upset over my experience. The check-in was awful. They’re understaffed. There was only one elevator working for our floors and the wait time for one was over five minutes. That’s a long time to wait for an elevator to arrive. When it did get there, they were full and they hit every single floor on the way down. I missed my Uber because of it. I only stayed two nights. I took a shower the first night the next night after work when I came back to the hotel all my towels were taken and they did not leave any new towels. So I had to dry off with a washcloth. The bed didn’t have a mattress cover it was just as sheet and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I was actually pretty surprised. I was expecting it to be a little better.

They do not care about the customers. They used to be the only place to stay in Reno. Now all of Reno is a sh-- hole

Great price for room and surrounding inside entertainment but mid week food locally is closed. Room was bit smoky. Uptown is cool but streets surrounding casino not so nice. But overall good

Less dated than other casinos. Nice inside. Not much in the surrounding areas other than casinos. Therefore, if you just want to gamble this is great for you. Numerous parking ramps connected to casinos. However, they are confusing. Make sure you know what elevator to take to back to your vehicle.
