This first stay was a very pleasant surprise. Very nice hotel with very good breakfast. Close to the train station and city center. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Reutlingen!

Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had a triple room, but we were supposed to have a queen and a twin - had 3 twin beds. The "A/C" was a joke - the room was very hot. Air did not get in to the 2 beds room. The bar at the hotel is very small. The restaurant only serves hotel guests breakfast.

Amaizing staff with slight downside of room /bed

It was great overall, but the bed / pillow was somehow not the most comfortable. Due to diagonal bed in room there was no possibility to sit on the bed and at night also I didnt sleep well. The staff was amazing and very supportive, even exchange of pillow is also possible but I wasnt getting good sleeping ergonomic.
