Smelt of strong cleaning products. No pub/restaurant as on website. Front desk not very knowledgeable. Poor continental breakfast with inattentive staff. Never saw him wipe a dirty table once. I saw guests sit at dirty tables.

I had higher expectations from the reviews and overall rating. Nothing wrong but not great. Lack of parking, no staff overnight, sub standard continental breakfast, only giant firm pillows, no more wood paneling as per pictures( cheap ceeling tiles). Picked it over the major chains, but next time would try elsewhere at a slightly higher price point. Would stay again if a great price.

The hotel was central to downtown. Easy walks for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Would stay again. As for the included breakfast, it was better than nothing. Coffee, tea, juice, milk. Toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, cut oranges and yogurt.

The hotel itself was very good as was the staff but the included breakfast was so terrible, it overshadowed the good. Honestly the coffee was undrinkable. The breakfast itself consisted of bread for toast, hard boiled eggs, mostly kids sugar cereals, 1 type of yogurt poured in a chafing dish, some cut up oranges.

Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay, but Basic

We could not fault the service as the staff were excellent. The room was clean and spacious and included everything we needed. However, the breakfast is not up to much. Very basic, but served a purpose.
