The location was great. We had a very good breakfast when we used it. The front desk was always accommodating to extra towel, coffee/tea requests.

Felt extremely dirty, tired and dated. The shower was so small, with a curtain and uninviting I did not even shower as we went to the Sky Lagoon where I showered instead. We stayed at 7 hotels during our visit to Iceland and this was by far the worst. May have been the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Good location within walking distance to lots of attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and the price was good for Reykjavík. A few things could be clearer though: parking isn’t free, and the hot water has a sulfur smell (common in Iceland but would’ve been nice to know ahead). The shower was tiny with curtains that kept sticking, which was a bit annoying. Overall, good price, great location, and perfect for a short stay in the city.

Hotel was fine gir overnight stay. It would be nice if the restaurant was open in the evening as I didn’t see any near restaurants If you are taking the Flybus to the airport, the bus stop is on the next major street. Streets to the stop are rough and it’s hard pushing a case uphill to the stop.

Great location, close to main shopping area and restaurants. Try to get a “deluxe” room at the front so you get a partial view of the water. The back had a view of construction.

Clean room with lots of space (deluxe double). Walking distance to all we wanted to see and some amazing restaurants. Front desk was super helpful, we paid for the breakfast and were leaving the last day prior to it starting and they gave us a to go snack bag. 2 blocks from #9 bus stop where we picked up all our day tours. Would stay again!

Blonde lady who checked us in on the morning of October 6 was extremely patronizing and rude. However, the woman who helped us out on the evening of October 9 was extremely helpful. It’s so basically you wouldn’t lose some.

We arrived at the hotel early, but we were able to start exploring the city right away since the hotel kindly offered to store our luggage until check-in. We stayed in a deluxe double room, which included a small fridge—perfect for preparing lunches for our day trips. The room was spacious, spotless, and featured both a rainfall and a regular shower head, which was ideal for my tall husband. We also chose the breakfast package, which offered a great variety of hot and cold options. The food was very good and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Since it was our first time using the local buses, they were especially helpful in explaining which one to take from the Planetarium back to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.
