Lovely hotel, location ideal to the Main Street were there are plenty of shop, bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant and bar served good food. Lovely warm rooms ideal after a day out in the freezing cold. All staff members from the reception desks to bar/restaurant staff we had contact with were lovely and helped us with all our needs.

Great location

Pros: Everything it was perfect...especially the spread at breakfast and the fact the bus stop is outside.
The hotel was exactly what you’d expect of a 4 star hotel...excellent range of choice at breakfast and delicious food....very clean large room....they do provide towels which I couldn’t find in the description before booking...it is very quiet and the bus stop for the tours is literally outside... it is a good location for walking into Reykjavík and there are lots of places to eat that are a short walk away. If I return to Iceland I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
