Each room opens onto balconies or a terrace with panoramic views of the lush garden, the pool, and the stunning natural surroundings — views that can also be enjoyed from inside the house. In addition to the main entrance, the villa has an automatic gate that opens to a large private parking area.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped 2,000 m² Mediterranean garden with Rhodian sycamores, bougainvillea, hibiscus, roses, cypress trees, and many other native plants.
